The Challenge

R1 had just completed a bold brand transformation with new positioning and identity with a consultancy. But now they needed a partner to turn that vision into scalable tools, templates, and assets that would bring the brand launch to life across every touchpoint. On a condensed timeline, R1 turned to Morrison to help move quickly while maintaining craft, clarity, and consistency.

The Approach

Morrison began with collaborative discovery alongside the consultancy and R1’s internal team to understand the intent behind the new identity. We then developed a phased plan prioritizing the assets needed ahead of launch, creating a comprehensive brand toolkit including iconography, motion-graphic toolkit, email and presentation templates, infographic systems, environmental branding and more. By integrating deeply with R1’s creative team and aligning workflows, we ensured the new brand was not just executed, but thoughtfully translated into a system that was inspiring, usable, and future-ready.

The Results

R1 successfully launched the new brand in October 2025 to strong reception. Internal teams immediately leveraged the toolkit to refresh existing materials and build new ones with confidence and consistency. Post-launch, Morrison continues to partner with R1 on initiatives extending the brand, including expanded iconography and product identity development. The result is a brand that clearly signals innovation and leadership, and lives it every day.
