Morrison Gets a Fresh New Look For its 37th Birthday

It’s our 37th birthday, and after almost four decades, we thought we’d seen it all. But 2020 changed everything, and in the near future, AI could change it all again. So, we decided it was time to take everything we’ve learned from the past and forge a new way into the future. It’s a new mindset we call our elasticity ethos.

Being elastic means exploring all possibilities. It means coming from a place of yes and why not. And, when needed, it means snapping back to the strategy and structure that grounds everything we do.

It’s an approach that allows us to adapt to changing circumstances, embrace new ideas, and approach challenges with a broader perspective – whether it is remote work, AI, or even brain implant tech (it’s coming!). When coupled with data and analytics, being elastic allows us to bend, flex, and pivot in real-time to address shifting goals, priorities, audience changes, inventory issues, and more.

But elasticity isn’t just about clients. During the pandemic, employee flexibility quickly became our most valued benefit. Allowing employees to work when, where, and how they want (along with unlimited vacation) led to incredible output and close to perfect work-life synergy. Elasticity became a way of life for us long before we put a name to it.

So, as we evolved to a new ethos, we knew our branding had to reflect it. It’s been 15 years, and the red ribbon Morrison M has served us very well. Now, we’ve put a branding stake in the ground with bold black letters and an O made of 3 color rings: Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow. Together these three colors represent the opportunity to create endless color variations. It serves as a symbol of our approach: endless ways to apply what we do to create endless solutions for our clients and ourselves.
