RaceTrac Loyalty App Launch Campaign

RaceTrac, a Southeastern gas station chain, partnered with Morrison to launch their new points-based loyalty program and app. Together, we developed the communications plan, strategy, web, and creative across their digital media, out-of-home, and pre-roll video buys.

By leveraging both traditional and digital tactics, we hyper-targeted the audience and minimized friction for app downloads. In just 60 days, we exceeded our KPIs by 180%, with post-campaign awareness and purchase intent reaching new heights. These successful efforts ultimately became core elements of RaceTrac’s ongoing marketing strategy.
